The Assistant Analytical Chemists with assist with sample analysis and instrument maintenance. This position may also collaborate with R&D personnel, Production, Purchasing and inter-company lab personnel as needed. Must maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in ways that foster good relationships with those inside and outside the company.

1. Prepare HPLC mobile phases as instructed.
2. Prepare samples for all instrument analysis as instructed.
3. Monitor and maintain inventory of instrument consumables
4. Monitor incoming samples of designated categories
5. Prepare and perform non-instrumental assays as trained and instructed
6. Research and learn all topics and questions designated as instructed.
7. Occasionally lift, push, and pull up to 35lbs.
8. Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting.
9. Walk, Sit and Stand for extended periods of time.
10. Adhere to all safety procedures and policies, including but not limited to wearing personal protective equipment.
11.  Must have regular, punctual attendance.
12.  Perform all other duties as assigned.

1. B.A. /B.S. in related field desired, however relevant work experience with HS diploma will also be considered.
2. Must have a desire to learn and become adept at designated assignments.
3. The successful candidate must possess the ability to report to other facilities as required by the company's operational needs. Travel will be infrequent; however, the selected individual may initially work from our East Los Angeles location until the transition to our new plant in San Fernando occurs in the near future. Those hired after the relocation will be expected to report directly to the new facility. This adaptability is essential to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across our operations.
